Butterfly Valve is used as shut-off and regulating fittings for controlling flows in technological processes. The sealing is made from EPDM - a high-quality and elastic material that is obtained from ethylene-propylene rubber, reinforced with polymer fibers. The main application of the material is sealing work in various directions, as well as from EPDM rubber, they produce gaskets, seals, and other elements for various equipment, including specialty items. There is also sealing made from NBR - this is a synthetic rubber based on acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, filled with carbon black. The body material is cast iron, while the disc material can be cast iron or stainless steel AISI 316, which allows using the valve in aggressive environments. The maximum working temperature can reach 120°C, and pressure up to 24 bar.
